We know you want to reduce the risk you take on with trying something new, so our refund policy is designed to help you rest assured that if your child does the work and doesn’t feel like they are progressing towards their goals within two weeks, they are eligible for a full refund.
The refund is only applicable before July 2019. After that, refunds are not available. By that time, the student would likely be very clear that the program is a fit.
Requirements: In order to be eligable for a refund, you must prove that your child has done 100% of the work assigned and attended 50% of the classes.
If after two weeks, you feel that you aren’t making sufficient progress, you can email our support team at email@example.com, and upon confirming your child’s attendance and completed coursework, we will issue a full refund.
The reason we need your child’s completed coursework and have an attendance requirement of at least 50% is simple.
We’re completely committed to you and your results, and we only want to work with people who are equally committed to themselves via taking action.
We devote an immense amount of attention towards ensuring your child’s success and we want them to overcome any obstacles to taking action by inspiring your child to commit to taking action from the very start.
Therefore, since our system is so effective and since it is extremely rare that students don’t get at least a 150+ point increase, we view it as our duty to issue a refund if your child is doing the work but not getting the results.
